Application for registration.—Every person carrying on a regulated activity carrying on the carrying on of a regulated activity shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
