Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a regulated activity shall intimate to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
