Application for registration.—Every contractor engaged in a mine carrying on the execution of work in a mine shall make an application for registration to the Mining Tribunal in Form A, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every royalty receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
