Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the grantee of a public honour shall apply to the Controller in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
