Surrender of certificate.—Every grantee of a public honour who ceases to carry on the acceptance of a public honour shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every report of the commission held by him has been disposed of.
