Application for registration.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment carrying on the plying of a vehicle within a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
