Correction of entries.—The Government of Himachal Pradesh may, on an application made in Form E by any owner of land within a cantonment or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than three days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
