Application for registration.—Every owner of land within a cantonment carrying on the construction of buildings in a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
