Regulation 2, PFRDA (Fees of Trustees) Regulations, 2020 [S8F-B2W]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "trustee" means a person carrying on the administration of the Fund; (c) "remittance challan" means a remittance challan received, held or disposed of by a trustee in the course of the administration of the Fund; (d) "Form 11" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
