Intimation of change.—Every foreman of a chit shall intimate to the Registrar of Chits, in Form E and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Chits shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
