Intimation of change.—Every licensee shall intimate to the Railway Rates Tribunal, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
