Fees.—The fee of one hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 13; and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
