Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a firing range shall apply to the Director-General in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director-General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
