Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the freight forwarder by rail shall apply to the Railway Claims Tribunal in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Railway Claims Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
