Surrender of certificate.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners who ceases to carry on the letting of premises to foreigners shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the civil authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form X of the manner in which every declaration of renunciation held by him has been disposed of.
