Intimation of change.—Every licensee shall intimate to the Town Vending Committee, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Town Vending Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
