Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the running of licensed premises shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Vending Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every sanitary certificate held by him has been disposed of.
