Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of wireless equipment who ceases to carry on the import of wireless equipment shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every tariff held by him has been disposed of.
