Application for registration.—Every multi-system operator carrying on the operation of a multi-system cable network shall make an application for registration to the Board of Film Certification in Form VI, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every title held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
