Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the multi-system operator shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
