Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for solid waste collection shall apply to the Town Vending Committee in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Town Vending Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
