Intimation of change.—Every input service distributor shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form GST APL-01 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
