Intimation of change.—Every officer of a company shall intimate to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, in Form MGT-7 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
