Application for registration.—Every officer of a company carrying on the keeping of books of account shall make an application for registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form AOC-4, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every minutes book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
