Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a fair who ceases to carry on the holding of a fair shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Panchayats in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every market held by him has been disposed of.
