Application for registration.—Every licensee of a fair carrying on the holding of a fair shall make an application for registration to the Director of Panchayats in Form 6, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every fair held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
