Application for registration.—Every company carrying on the carrying on of business by a company shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form PAS-3, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every balance sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
