Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these bye-laws require shall be sufficient; Form MGT-7 and Form CHG-1 shall be supplied by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within sixty days of that date.
