Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any company dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form ADT-1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every minutes book then held; and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
