Bye-law 8, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Licensing of The carrying on of business by a company) Bye-laws, 2020 [S8E-AMS]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 6 April 2020.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the company shall apply to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form MGT-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
