Maintenance of premises.—Every company shall keep the premises where the carrying on of business by a company is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every statement of affairs kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the carrying on of business by a company, and shall furnish to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form ADT-1, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
