Intimation of change.—Every sports agent shall intimate to the Sports Tribunal, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sports Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
