Application for registration.—Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application for registration to the Sports Tribunal in Form H, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of athletes held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
