Surrender of certificate.—Every public authority who ceases to carry on the holding of information shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every request held by him has been disposed of.
