Surrender of certificate.—Every food laboratory who ceases to carry on the analysis of food shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of purchases held by him has been disposed of.
