Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trader within a cantonment shall apply to the Station Commander in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Station Commander shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
