Conditions of registration.—Every trader within a cantonment shall carry on the carrying on of a trade within a cantonment only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of contractors in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of contractors for inspection on request by the Garrison Engineer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
