Periodical return.—Every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall furnish to the Director of Fire Services, within one day of the close of each year, a return in Form D of every incident report received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for three days from the date on which it is furnished.
