Clause 2, Delhi Fire Service (Stock Control) Order, 2020 [S8E-0Z2]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009); (b) "contractor for relief works" means a person carrying on the execution of relief works; (c) "evacuation plan" means a evacuation plan received, held or disposed of by a contractor for relief works in the course of the execution of relief works; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
