Maintenance of premises.—Every operator of a private network shall keep the premises where the operation of a captive telecommunication network is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every licence kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the operation of a captive telecommunication network, and shall furnish to the Licensing Authority in Form G, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
