Application for registration.—Every operator of a private network carrying on the operation of a captive telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees and a statement of every tower held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
