Regulation 2, TRAI (Records and Returns of Operators of a private network) Regulations, 2019 [S8D-HZM]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "operator of a private network" means a person carrying on the operation of a captive telecommunication network; (c) "interconnection agreement" means a interconnection agreement received, held or disposed of by a operator of a private network in the course of the operation of a captive telecommunication network; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
