Clause 2, Rajasthan Public Trust (Register Control) Order, 2019 [S8D-1K6]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959 (Rajasthan Act 42 of 1959); (b) "keeper of a dharamshala" means a person carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala; (c) "trust" means a trust received, held or disposed of by a keeper of a dharamshala in the course of the keeping of a dharamshala; (d) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
