Application for registration.—Every customs broker carrying on the business of a customs broker shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form GST EWB-01, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every electronic way bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
