Application for registration.—Every document writer carrying on the writing of instruments for reward shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form B, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every adjudication held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
