Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the running of a licensed guest house shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every conservation plan held by him has been disposed of.
