Intimation of change.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless shall intimate to the State Commissioner, in Form VIII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
