Intimation of change.—Every donor to a political party shall intimate to the District Election Officer, in Form 7 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Election Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
