Safe custody.—Every donor to a political party shall keep every nomination paper to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the making of donations to a political party is carried on, shall record in Form 2B the description of every nomination paper so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Election Officer within ten days of the close of each year.
