Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of an industry shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every consent held by him has been disposed of.
